Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling or cancellations must be made within 12 hours prior to your appointment. When appointments are rescheduled the deposit will go towards the new upcoming appointment (multiple reschedules for one appointment will require a new deposit). If appointments are canceled the deposits will not be refunded. If a client ‘no shows’ or cancels last minute, a charge of 50% of the service will be charged.
